ICT GROUP PLANS TO OPEN NEW CONTACT CENTER IN CONWAY

Conway, AR — ICT Group, Inc. has announced that it plans to open a new contact center next month in Conway.
ICT Group, headquartered in Langhorne, Pa., is a leading global provider of integrated customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. The Conway operation, which will be located in the I-40 Showroom Center, will provide market research services. ICT Group opened an inbound customer care contact center in Morrilton in 1999, which provides sales and service support for clients in the insurance and financial services industries.
John J. Brennan, chairman and CEO of ICT Group, said, "We are extremely pleased to be expanding our operations in the state of Arkansas and are grateful to Gov. Mike Huckabee and his staff for their commitment and support. Based on the success of our Morrilton operation, we are confident that we will see the same results in Conway."
